Shipping

Moody ships to any address or P.O. Box in the world. If you live outside the continental U.S., we will calculate shipping rates accordingly. We will notify customers of any changes to shipping charges via phone or e-mail, before charging their accounts. Time in transit estimates are based on when an order is shipped, not when it is received.

Please allow a total of 10-15 business days for fulfillment and shipping of your order, as all our products are handmade.

Shipping Charges are calculated based on your location and order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies only to orders that have a "bill to" address originating in California. All other domestic and international orders do not pay sales tax.

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club (NOVUS) and PayPal.

Returns

Moody Fine Leather products are a handmade product therefore 100% money back guarantee against defects in materials and construction.

Please note: Our products are hand made and it is normal to find variations in the colors and/or textures of the leather. You might find marks or slight discolorations. Some leathers may be smooth while others are rough. These attributes add character to each piece and are NOT considered defects. Every product is one-of-a-kind and you will be the only one with it. That’s why we choose this fine luxury leather.

If you decide you have ordered the wrong color or size you must notify us via phone or e-mail and return the product within 48 hours of arrival at your home or business in unused, sellable condition; as determined by moodyleather.com shipping department. Shipping costs for exchanges are not refunded. Customer will be charged for re-shipment of color or size exchange. If the product has been worn there will be a restocking fee of 45%. All purchases made during guitar shows and events are subject to the 45% restocking fee. Just like a purchase of a new pair of shoes…if you wear it off the carpet, we can tell.
