All Moody straps are custom made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we will accept unused and undamaged straps for a 20% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receipt by the customer.

If you have ordered a strap which is not the correct length, you may purchase a shorter or longer tail on our website.
